I wish the cream was more easily accessible.
Seems like you can only get it from a trt dr like defy or the like. Not a general physician As it’s not something produced by big pharmaceutical.
They can order it from Empower I’m pretty sure but most aren’t familiar with it at all so they aren’t going to go that route typically.
I wish it was more accessible too. Sooner or later some sort of UGL should start selling it

You could also see if your local compounding pharmacy makes it. Your big pharmacies won’t have it but the local home grown compounding may and doctor may be open to prescribing it through them. Only issue is they may not do quite as good of a job compounding it.
Where does one find a local compounding pharmacy??
Google local compounding pharmacies near you and may come up. Might have to go on their website itself to find if they are a compounding or not. There is a database too that may help you, but I have 2 in the valley I live in within 15 miles and neither show up there. I would also believe your doctor should also know, but I am not positive how well traditional doctors would be aware as they are more likely to just use big pharma meds.

You can order from the pharmacies we use . tell your doc to write a script and send it to empower, medquest and etc.

No you cant use just anyone to create that. the quality matters and many men have come up short and felt horrid. finally realizing their pharmacies were not doing a good job. its a very delicate recipe and any inconsistency will cause you to have low levels.
I said there may be that issue.

Seems it’s been quite a while since I updated this:
Things are going well hormonally it seems. I have very little anxiety to speak of, steady energy, strength in the gym is good (barring a back issue I experienced a couples months ago, still recovering), libido is teenager level, mental clarity is good.
Still on 2 clicks of cream, twice a day (50mg a click).
3 clicks twice a day. Double the libido and zero injuries to speak of. Twice the attitude and confidence.
Kidding. Glad all is well. Just imagine how it was so and many months ago? Man I’m happy for yah.

I get the cream with the heavy HRT base from Empower.
I got my prescription writen by my regular endo, not Defy and Empower told me the same thing, unless of course absorption is a problem on the inner thigh.
The scrotum application is the last resort.
Why is it a last resort? Higher DHT levels?
Absorption issues. If you’re having problems with absorption then it’s likely you’re having problems with getting your T and DHT levels up.
How long after applying cream was your last set of labs?
