Hell yeah ive been making my own protein bars and cupcakes and shit and that is the main ingredient peanut butter whey and oats fuckin amazing.
Okay, so after reading this thread, i’ve come to the conclusion that it would be a good idea to get some natural PB. So with natural PB, do you need to refridgeirate it? And you need to mix it up every time before you use it?
go with natural.
Jif, skippy, and most anything colorful and for kids is not a good PB choice.
I got some natural pb at my grocery store called like natures choice or some bs like that with a green cap. I refrigerate it and its not really that difficult to scoop out and not to oily
Nevermind my post, I can’t get natural PB anyway. My stepmom said no because its “3 times more expensive then regular”. Is this true?
I can’t find the price of natural PB, every stores site that I type Peanut butter in they show me a bunch of fuckin books.
uhh I live on Long Island and get it for like 3.29 for like 14 servings I believe are in the tub. Its not that much more expensive than the regular shit just go buy it yourself.

lulz… i don’t know what’s up with your search efforts but 3x more expensive has to be a serious exaggeration. If you get the fancy stuff from health food stores it probably will be about twice as expensive, but that makes it what… 7 or 8 bucks?
But I have noticed that more well known brands found in regular food stores have started making the stuff. But anyway natural peanut butter, like salmon, spinach, broccoli, cottage cheese, etc is what you call a power food.
Something that is indispensible for athlete’s and health conscious people. If it aint natural then it’s probably got something you don’t want. What i get is Wild Oats brand creamy and it costs about $5
