Yeah I don’t think people understand that the cloud is just the Internet. I feel bad for the actresses, but I don’t feel bad for looking at the pics and especially not for liking them.

My iCloud backup has never been on. I think it’s important for people to navigate their device when they first start using it so that they understand how it works.
I think iCloud is pretty safe for the average person.
The guys are probably high end hackers capable of penetrating the protection on government sites. If one of these guys truly wanted access to your sensitive data they could probably get it.
That being said, if you’re a celebrity or have sensitive information for ultra high end business dealings, I wouldn’t store it on iCloud.
tl;dr Don’t worry your dick pics are safe on iCloud
