Vacating in PC,Fla and I can see why people think this is big with the teens and 20 sometings on the beach. They are either stick thin or man-boobs. My 15 yr old that trains haphazardly in spurts gets accused of being on steroids because he has 16 in arms with prominent delts and visible abs. The last couple of generations make the previous generations look freakishly muscular. The avg teen looks like shit.
bwhitwell, I saw a guy incline benching 110 at the gym the other day. For like 4-5 reps.
Later on, he admitted to me he was roiding and had trouble with gyno. His arms: 14’. Mine: 17’. Him: Roiding at 155. Me: Natty @ a smooth 200.
So maybe those little guys are on roids, but it’s more of a function of today’s cultural obsession with instant results. Very few “kids” want to take the time to decode how their body works anymore; just hit the dBol and get huge.
