so what kind of dosage do you guys use?
I take four capsules daily.
It gets bumped to eight on days I play hockey. I mentioned it soothes my knees and hips, and but it also seems to help with the eczema that can pop up on my hands from playing.
The only reason not to take Curcumin is if you have gall bladder stones, as Curcumin increases the secretion of bile. Bile secretion is made from LDL, hence decreasing LDL, which is good, unless you have stones.
As it has been said, the piperine can interact with some drugs, increasing their potency for some, while decreasing it for others.

I take 2g/day (2 caps with breakfast, 2 with dinner) and I feel a difference in my joints. When I stopped taking it for a couple weeks I definitely noticed. I beat myself up pretty good (compete in strongman) and it makes a noticeable difference to me. I’ve only used the Biotest kind though. I also have a knee injury from wrestling in college which will ache a little from time to time and the curcumin really helps that too.
