Two other points:

To even compare the TeaPublican Movement with the Occupy “idea” was ridiculous from the start.

The other is that I will never, EVER accept (and it’s been proven) that the Tea Party movement was “Grass Roots”.
It CERTAINLY has a lot of Grass Roots “soldiers” (as most important movements do…)…but it’s inception was clearly orchestrated by some VERY smart Political minds.
Let me make this clear; There is nothing wrong with that.
But like with most things in the Political World, there was a lot of “smoke and mirrors” in the idea of the Party being the result of a bunch of disgruntled Patriots getting together in their living rooms and backyards and establishing such a powerful movement.
