You know 2 weeks ago I added an AI and I feel fantastic for the first time since I started TRT, I was admitted to the emergency room a week ago with a Total T in the middle ranges and the cause was very high estrogen that had caused a massive spike in blood pressure and almost didn’t make it to the emergency room.
When I got to the ER, the staff noticed me staggering, you seem to want to condemn AI’s and I think it’s shortsighted, there are times when they’re use is warranted and very necessary.
Just putting your comment in prospective! Yes I can be an asshole too. Also good for those reading your comment above thinking it was high e2 when it was crashed e2 because of defy (see below). I thinK though this is just a roadblock with your new provider and you will dial in.
Interesting is one word to describe how things are going, got labs back and after only a week on .125 anastrozole, estrogen can back at 12.5 pg/ml, do to the severity of the symptoms I doubled the AI to .250 EOD (wrong direction) and strange that I don’t feel worse after this second week at the higher dosage. Going to run another E2 test tomorrow to confirm, joints are a little sore, reached behind to itch my back and shoulders popped and cracked, not terrible though.
Who’s to say the 12.5 score wasn’t rebounding? Going to do .125 twice weekly after about a week of stopping the AI.
Skin on hands looks a little wrinkly, hands severely pruned when showering.
