Thank you so much! hey I posted up newer progress pics - that first transformation was with low carbs/paleo/Poliquin. Trying to create something special now - never before seen - leaner than ever before, abs and all!
I need to come up to TW. I’ve heard good things about the place and my wife and I love the North Asia cities (Shanghai and Tokyo to be exact but I’ve been to Hokkaido, Beijing, Osaka etc).
