According to some posters here, if you aren’t in combat, you can’t support the war.

Ok. Now it’s time for the Police to help only fellow Policemen.

“Hey, fuck you. If you aren’t a cop, you don’t get the protection. Don’t support cops. Just keep your mouth shut. By the way, if you aren’t willing to join the force, then don’t call.”

“But, they are robbing my house!!!”

“You a cop?”

“No.”

“Enlist. You are healthy. What’s the problem? No other job is as important. In fact, no one else in contributing to the safety of your neighborhood besides the cops.”

You think an idealogical conflict of this scale can be “put to an end” with one little war?

We are merely at the beginning of a long long road – and no, I dont mean simply the current situation in Iraq.

For the next twenty years we are going to be dealing with children of war who grew up waiting for a chance to strike back at the west because some relative died in this conflict.

It may be that they are brainwashed and incorrect, but that doesn’t make their hatred and actions any less damaging to the concept of peace.

I hope we are figuring out ways to combat that too…

I seriously doubt many have thought that far or that deeply about it. I also think many falsely believe that we have reduced the number of terrorists. I think our children will be in for a very sharp awakening.

jerffy, I myself have never called the cops and I have known a few people that were roughed up by the cops. I do conversely have several friends that are police officers.

You jerffy are a rabid cheerleader and it is a bit hypocritical for you to be such a cartwheeling cheerleader without action. You don’t have to enlist Blackwater will take you over there for a year with your police experience and you will make at least 200,000 in that time.

Is this the part where you say "Hey I have a better chance of dying in a car wreck on my way to be deployed during Gulf War I? Or that I’m a hardass radar operator! "
