Interpreting Labs (All Labs Added 8/29/16)

Hopefully my last question for a bit. As a note I did make another thread about my diet and recieved great direction. I am bumping this thread as it is more pertinent.

Is it normal to feel like hell the first week of therapy? Like Tuesday I was feeling well and Wednesday started to feel tired and drained and it got worse yesterday and today. I did miss the hcg yesterday but did take today’s this afternoon when I remembered (perscribed for Wednesday and Thursday). Oddly though I did not think about it until now, starting an hour after that injection I have started to feel better (doubtful it’s related). Anyway is this normal or is just because I am so new to the treatment?

Also as I missed yesterdays hcg, can i just take it with the test tomorrow morning or would that be bad?

Thanks in advance

Probably not related. Yes you can take it with.

Awesome thanks for the information on the shot.

I saw a local endocrinologist yesterday whom agreed I needed to be trt. I started using one of those expensive online doctors two months ago (see above). The new doctor wants to me take 1ml of 200mg test cyp every 10 days (script says 2 weeks so I will be calling about that. He says I do not need HCG (says my testicle size currently means they will not get to small where there will be discomfort). Also states I do not need the anastrozole. He did draw my blood yesterday to find total test and heart and psa tests. Until this occurred I was going to start splitting the test injections to twice a week instead of each week. So I figure now if I take the test twice a week of weekly I am hoping to offset some side effects of raised E2 levels. Will this help at all? It just seems if the dosage is more moderated there may perhaps be less conversation as my body would have a chance to use it before conversation. With that side my baseline results are posted above and it seems like my E2 was high (normal range) for the low level of testosterone to begin with. Any suggestions? I would stay with the online doctor but that is like $655 every three months, and the prescription with the equipment for injection costs me $2.50 a month. The hcg does not bother me to much because I do not care about fertility, and atrophy is not an issue with me as long as it does not bother my wife. The potential of increased estrogen on the other hand feels like it would be a concern.

Also, is there any correlation data to a dosage of depo testosterone to a total t level? I finally feel great for the first time in my life and the doctor is scaling back the dosage so that bothers me a bit. Going from 180mg a week to 100mg a week seems like that may make a big difference and I do not want the symptoms to return. Especially the OCD and depression. MY wife is willing to work with me on the libido, she is less tolerate of the depression, OCD and delayed orgasm.

High E2 from suggested hCG doses is actually quite rare on this forum.

100mg/week with proper E2 management can have great results for most guys.

Doc cannot know that without labs or does not give a shit.
With low T and E2=20.5, your on-TRT E2 seems to be a guaranteed problem.
Endo’s are typically the worst for making stupid pronouncements.
