Hello bros…new here.i made some test prop using 2%ba 20%bb at 200mg.ok some crash some didnt.now i injected on left quad while i was at work on my working truck.i was sitting on the bed in cabin and i put my foot on top of my ice chest then injected below hip area.the shit got swollen and red all araund.like 3 to 4 inches araund injection site and pain was a bitch.
at one point was itching but went away.now is ok but i got a bump where it was swollen before.no pain just a bump about 1 1/2" long.no redness itching or nothing else just the dam bump.this sat the 18th it be 2 weeks.
do you guis think i hit a nerve and damaged it because the way my leg was when i injected? or i had to heat up the vial to dilute the cristals in it and load up my siringet so i could inject it the next day at work?may be turned into cristals while in my lunch pale? i had no fever or signs of infection.
i am still injecting the shit everywhere else and i get normal injection pain that goes away in few days but thats it.thank you in advance for the help.
Hi I have a question? I have test e and injected in my glute and now it has a huge bruise and oozing. I used a 21 gage needle to pin cleaned and did everything right. I think it was too big a needle usually people use 23-25 gage to pin. However I went to my doctor and he said its infected what could have happened
I experience the same thing make sure u take some for pain and swollen, rub every day and keep using hot therapy, I used icy hot to rub it . Before the injection I try to do few set of the muscle being injected high reps low weight to make the muscle warm then inject using proper procedures aspirate used right needle after injection so more sets it really helps out I didn’t get pain just little good luck
I truly feel blessed… I have yet to feel any pain on ed prop. First week mild soreness cuz of virgin muscle but now I feel no pain… almost forgot i inject… I avoid pinning quads since I have heard it’s the most painfull. just rotate glutes and delts.
Have some of you that get monster pain tried having someone else inject you? I have a pretty experienced ifbb guy inject me and feel that him knowing how to inject + being able to actually steady his hand really helps in lessening the pain.
Dude, I had a similar PIP experience in the left delt after 2nd pin. Disposable syringe and needle was not screwed on tight out of the package… started to drip during the push and then popped off completely losing at least 3/4’s of the juice. Repinned and man left a hard bump, red, itchy, felt fluish night sweats and chills but no fever, no energy for 3 days finally went away and did delt raises today. I too had no idea this stuff could be so painful. I was doing 3 ml EOD in delts.
My strategy is to modify down to 1.5 mls each injection daily rotate between 4 sites, glutes and delts. I read 1 to 1.5 ml is max recommmended for delts so hoping by lowering the amounts will be more kind to the body.
I created my account specifically to comment on this post in hopes that the information could be added to the OP. This issue is something that I developed when injecting 1ml of 250mg of Test E in my Vastus Lateralis and had to research on my own. After my injection I had done a leg workout. Nothing heavy, but I did do couch stretches before lunges. The stretches are what I think really caused a lot of my problems post injection.
I had mixed symptoms. It was swollen and had heat coming from it. This is normal, However it progressively got worse and worse. It was very tight, lots of pressure, developed edema, but it was not pitting on the skin however the muscle itself under the edema seemed to twitch and respond to the pressure and pit for a few seconds but not very long. After the 3rd day and I could feel my entire Vastus Lateralis muscle getting more and more tight. I was limping by the 3rd day. By the 6th day I decided to do what was described and draw out the liquid that was filling up in the muscle with a 20G Draw Needle.
Now this is where it got interesting for me. I aspirated at the injection site 1/8th - 1/2 an inch into the muscle and pulled nothing. However when I pulled the pin out the pressure released, I bled dark red blood like a stuck pig. It’s a good thing I had a towel under my leg because all of that built up pressure released through that hole. I let it drain for about 10 - 15 seconds and then stopped it up with a cotton ball. After finding out that there was no infection and it was just the entire muscle and it was holding blood, I discovered the following condition:
Compartment Syndrome.
When damage occurs to the muscle or muscle groups within the fascia, the resulting swelling and bleeding can create an increased pressure that, if left untreated, can choke off circulation, eventually leading to localized cellular hypoxia and death. The pressure within the closed fascia ?compartment? becomes a tourniquet for the surrounding tissue within the compartment. When left unrecognized or untreated, compartment syndrome can lead to loss of limb function and even loss of the limb itself.
Whenever you experience unnaturally extreme pain in a recently traumatized limb or a limb that has been immobilized post injury. Both fractures and crush injuries can create a compartment syndrome situation and any type of puncture or penetrating wound including surgeries and medical injections. You can also develop it if you experience unusual pain and immobility after vigorous exercise.
In Conclusion if you feel one section of your leg. A compartment of Fascia and Muscle swelling and hot and pain increasing in the entire area, you could also have this syndrome. Releasing the pressure ASAP is a must or you will starve your muscle for several days and it will die. If it dies you start to lose your limb. I’m so glad I came across this article and decided to use a 20G Needle to see if I was infected otherwise I’d have not released the pressure and probably would have waited another day or so before going to the ER, and at that point it might have been too late and I might have lost most of my muscle in the Vastus Lateralis. I hope this helps someone in the future that experiences the same thing I did.
Today is Monday. Pinned myself past Thursday. Left Glute. Swelling is above the injection site. About a 5 inch x 2 inch area. Hurts like hell. I have had this happen before and yes it takes about a week to go away. Though when I injected on Thursday no pain. Friday was my leg day, no Pain. Saturday freaking pain and swelling. Is there a dependable chart to use for the injection site? I know I’m a bit long winded but your response would greatly be appreciated.
lol there is a reason why trt doctors do not aspirate… i have been on 4-5 cycles alrdy and never aspirated a single day maybe the first time i tried my first pin because i did not know shit… i rather listen to a doctor advice and experience than a random person on a board…telling me to aspirate everytime i pin its a waste of time
