1 x 8 @ 75% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
1 x 6 @ 80% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
1 x 4 @ 85% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
1 x 8 @ 77,5% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
1 x 6 @ 82,5% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
1 x 4 @ 87,5% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
2° Block
1 x 6 @ 80% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
1 x 4 @ 85% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
1 x 2 @ 90% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
1 x 6 @ 82,5% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
1 x 4 @ 87,5% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
1 x 2 @ 92,5% 1RM - 3’/5’ rest
Is 6 weeks long…
This is the question:
In the starting of the 2° block I keep the initial 1 RM right? I don’t have to try a PR I think…
So like:
1° 8-6-4-8-6-4
2° 8-6-4-8-6-4
3° 8-6-4-8-6-4 (-50% set, -20% weight) DECHARGE
4° 6-4-2-6-4-2
5° 6-4-2-6-4-2
6° 6-4-2-6-4-2 (-50% set, -20% weight) DECHARGE
7° Week off and try a new PR.
Just to be sure I think it’s like an accomulation phase (1° block) and transformation (2° block)…but love to have your opinion
