You are taking 1mg anastrozole every day? How long have you been at that dose of anastrozole?
Just be very aware of low estradiol symptoms, and keep an eye on your estradiol levels. 1mg anastrozole/day is a VERY high dose. I’m surprised you haven’t crashed your estradiol yet.
I’m not on hcg, but my test dose isn’t much less than yours(.375mg/e3.5 days), and .25 mg anastrozole twice a week crashed my E.
Just be very careful. My estradiol came back at 10 on my last test, and the symptoms suck. Loss of energy, weepy over little things, bad moods, and joints popping, and some joint pain. Tbh, I’d rather have slightly high e, like I did before I was on anastrozole.

I really haven’t had any of those symtoms. Except joint popping and I had that pre testosterone therapy. This is what my doc prescribed. I ct backto every other day and see what the blood test show. Maybe because of ttaking the hcg he has it as high a dosage as he does. I wish there was a home test for a lot of this. Thanks for the input I will be more a where of the symptoms you described.
1mg/day is a crazy high dosage for anastrozole. The recommended WEEKLY dosage is 1mg. Splitting that dosage into .25mg every other day is also recommended. You are currently taking 7 times that amount. As mentioned before low E2 levels are very problematic. Watch for reduced libido, lack of morning and nocturnal erections and aching joints. Good luck man.

Everything is working fine:-). I just got back from picking up my syringes at the pharmacy which is also where my doctors office is. He has his own lab right there. I spoke to the pharmacist and the dosage is the same since day one 1mg. The only thing that has changed was l was taking it on mwf and he changed it to every other day after my last blood test. I screwed up when I said everyday. This next test in a couple of weeks willtell him and me more as to wwhat’s going on with my testosterone and estrogen levels. But I have to say I feel fine. Let me ask you guys something. I’m 58 when I was back in college playing football out in California (1973) the team doctor was giving us steroids and telling us the were vitamins. Now you ave to understand I was from a small town in the northeast I took his word and the coaches. It wasnt until my sophomore year that I realized what was going on from some of my teammates. From that point on I wouldn’t take them. Would that have played a role in why my testosterone levels were so low when I had them tested.
Just curious. And what ever they gave us was in pill form.
Without a doubt anabolic steroids can cause hypogonadism. Many athletes who are now on TRT believe that the use of performance enhancing drugs was the catalyst for their current situation. I’m no expert on the subject matter but there is a ton of literature stating the same.
Of course it causes hypo, it is called the bio-feedback mechanism. Testicles stop producing T because your external source tells your body it has enough (or too much) so they atrophy.
