Increasing Mass Need Help

Hello all, im 6’2 202lbs and have good definition from working out and eating good food as well as i use cellmass,bcaa’s,l-arginine,no-explode,glutamine and just recently bought a weight gainer because i want to gain in some size.

The problem is i cant afford to buy alot of food to eat 4 t0 6 times a day or even prepare these foods to eat with my work schedule and married life. I have used the search engine here for weight gainers and not too many people feel they are of good use because of crappy ingrediants usually.

so my question is how can i pack on size properly and turn this into muscle on a budget. Do any weight gainers work well, the one i have is true mass.

I’ve heard good things about Cytogainer

You can buy whole food inexpensively. Chicken drumsticks, cans of tuna, cottage cheese, ground beef or turkey, fat free milk, eggs, 99 cent bags of frozen vegetables, cheaper generic yogurts, cheaper whole wheat cereal. I did that for years buying all of the generic brands and 99 cent items or buy one get two free.

If you had Metabolic Drive Complete make it in Milk add blueberries, whipped Cream, a yogurt, anything you like and voila a high quality “weight gainer” packed with quality calories. It can be done with some mental preparation.

You can afford to buy that list of suppliments regularly (1/2 of them which you don’t even need), yet you can’t buy enough food to eat 6 meals a day? Why not take the money you spend on No-Xplode and Cellmass (2 products I’ve used and experienced nothing while on them) and put that into actual food?

Exactly. Besides what did Cellmass ever do for you? You’re 202lbs and 6’2".

Now that this is taken care of, what is your training routine and caloric intake and makeup?

I guess your right i need to drop some of those suppliments in exchange for food. Cellmass doesn’t really do a whole lot for me and the no-explode kick has worn out after a whole tub. My freind gave me a whole jar of CE-2 creatine, anyone ever use it? dont know my caloric intake at all, i eat rice and chicken every day and night along with a large oatmeal in the morning (real oats not the little bag crap)and water and fresh watermelon juice always. I guess i need to start buying more bulk food for cheap, than ks all.

If you can’t track exactly how much you eat and how much Protein, carbs and fat, then you are cheating yourself. Untill you know this, you won’t gain. You will probably find you only eat 2,500 cals a day.
