Increased from 100 to 120mg/wk. Heart Racing, Anxiety etc

I never really though natty athletes had this problem with their heart. I didn’t think cyclers (test not bike) had this problem either. I thought it was growth hormone abuse that cause all the enlarged organs in bodybuilding?

Common in athletes. I knew runners got it but didn’t know about lifters etc.

That helps to but yeah T can from what I’ve seen. HGH bet is even more

Well I spoke too soon. Anxiety and some palpitations are back. Woke me in the night. I’m actually not anxious about anything mentally it’s purely physical.

@259317 everyone on TRT should own one of those Omron 30-40 dollar blood pressure cuffs.
If you find you have high blood pressure or you just have some hypertension you should look into having a blood pressure med at the ready.
Doxazosin in 2mg pills have been used by bodybuilders for a long time. If you happen to have BPH they will also help that.

Once you’ve rulled out BP then look for something to distract your mind. I use a stationary bike or video games, and music and when that fails I do a shot or 3 of a good whiskey. Whiskey numbs the frontal cortex just like a benzo.

BP has been good no issues there. During the day I can manage it, uncomfortable and annoying but manageable. The waking me up at night part is the part that’s the worst. Just wondering what the hell is going on. Why it comes and goes, it’s obviously physiological not psychological , just odd

Anytime you do a protocol change I would expect a few weeks of your bodies endocrine system flipping out and try to bring everything back into balance. Heart flutters are reported a lot. That should give you some comfort. Anxiety as well.
Knowing your blood pressure frequent mini blood test to peek at how things are doing really will give you piece of mind.
