āWe decided to write a proposal stating why we should be allowed someone leeway under the dress code. We accompanied the proposal with a petition, signed by all of the interns (except for one who declined to sign it [AKA the smart one]) and gave it to our managers to consider. Our proposal requested that we also be allowed to wear running shoes and non leather flats, as well as sandals (not flip-flops though) and other non-dress shoes that would fit under a more business casual dress code. It was mostly about the footwear, but we also incorporated a request that we not have to wear suits and/or blazers in favor of a more casual, but still professional dress code.ā
āWeāre here for like a 3 month internship and like can you like change your dress code so like we can wear flip flops cause like itās like hot and stuff.ā
Are these kids even millennials? When does the next generation get to be shit on for being retarded? Itās gotta be soonā¦
Well according to trusty ole wikipedia, we millennials range from 1982 to 2004 so ⦠the oldest of the next āgenerationā is fucking 11 ⦠and all 11 year olds a damn retarded so we have a while
EDIT: although, according to Time magazine, we range from 1980 to 2000, so according to that, the next gen is 16 so not too long until we get to read about the retarded shit they demand while theyāre in college and being interns
