I am not the best to be recommending advice. I would be asking for @physioLojik He is the expert that would be best to guide you. He is a bodybuilding Endo which lends us guidance on these forums. I would stop worrying, which can cause anxiety to rise, blood pressure to rise just a nasty cycle. I know it is nerve wrecking but staying calm is best.
