I'm Back....Sorta!!!!

I haven’t been around in a coon’s age so I’m sure I’ve been relegated to an afterthought. No biggie. My own fault. Anyways…I just set a new pr for me with a 315 bench at 198#. Now for a serious question. My next goal, set by one of my partners at the gym is 345 at 198#. The timeframe is 6 mos.

Any imput is welcome. I use 5/3/1 for my primary lift. It’s the assistance that gives me the headache. It’s off the chest which is where I need the most work. Any suggestions?

I’m no expert but paused benches and dead start benches might do the trick.
