You really should look into some help to get you past your irrational obsession. It’s just downright creepy.

Wait …his obsession with Jesus or his obsession with cock? I’m confused.
Well, with Jesus. I could start a thread asking for ideas for good snack mixes for my Super Bowl party and Forlife would post how Chex Mix reminds him that Christianity is nothing more than a fairy tale ™.

To the OP - of course I don’t believe in the Illuminati and anyone who does is a puzzlewit and a buffoon. So, fiction.

Okay, I fell off the chair laughing reading that one.

Yes, and let’s keep this thread handy the next time we hear Forlife fraudulently plead pious that he wants a good faith, respectful dialogue between differing points of view.

I like how we go from discussing the Illuminati to bashing Jesus (who happens to be my savior). I’m not offended, just think it’s a little off topic.

No not at all like Jesus. Not even close. Try again forliar.
More like the myth of a socially function homosexual.

And we have a winner.

I like how you even let a single post define the direction of this thread.

I don’t know for sure one way or the other. But my best guess is that they do exist, with some amount of unhealthy influence, but not necessarily with all the power ascribed to them.

Touche.

I do not think it goes to bashing Jesus necessarily ,I think it just goes to Jesus , look at every thread, if it is not about Jesus. He is brought up . Top 5 posts when I posted it . We should call this the Religion and Politics thread. That is first and foremost on this board

Replace the word Jesus with Muhummad & the same people bitching about the post would have got a hard on from it.

BTW, what he said is actually a very apt comparison.

Utter BS.

The bigger difference is that no one here would throw in an unrelated bash on Muhammad. And further, if someone did, no one would defend them.

I never said Jesus was a bad guy. To the contrary, I think he was a good guy, and I share his philosophy about love being what life is all about. I was just drawing a comparison between the historical Jesus and the boatload of fiction that has developed from that small grain of truth, and the large gap between the historical and fictional Illuminati.

Now here’s what I find funny.

It’s not the hypocrisy of certain “Christians” in this thread accusing me of changing the topic and attacking them, only to change the topic and attack me for being gay.

No, it’s the hypocrisy of these people attacking one another for making up stuff about Jesus, then unitedly attacking me for pointing out that people make up stuff about Jesus. There have been several threads over the past few weeks, filled with Christians disagreeing vehemently about what Jesus taught and who Jesus was, insisting that only they know the real Jesus and everyone else is buying into fiction that doesn’t reflect what the bible teaches about Jesus. Apparently, it’s ok for them to accuse other Christians for making stuff up, but nonbelievers aren’t allowed to recognize that fact.

I think they started out like history suggests, as scientists and scolars who went underground because thier beliefs would get them kileld back in the day. They probably got to a point where they could push events enough in one direction or another based on thier combined influence and power that they did help shape the recent history of mankind. I think probably now however, the information and computer age has severely destabalized thier ability to control things via the old methods. I would be more apt to believe some really slick computer geniouses have a lot of power, weather they are using it or not is the question.

And I guess the question then would be, are the illuminati, the orginazation, that far ahead looking that they put themselves in the position to control these computer geniouses? Thats probably possible too, in which case, they would have more power than I anticipate.

And then the third ide is that they are actually in contact with aliens, so all this new technology is COMING from them, disseminated to variuous people and companies as front men, they are reaping all the rewards and with thier aline friends or masters, are steering the technological development of our planet.

That last one is the most awesome and the one I hope is true.

Just so we’re clear, I never mocked you for being gay.

That’s really funny, because that is exactly what you are doing.

Just to be clear, everyone - it is always, always, always about Forlife’s personal and self-absorbed transformations.

This thread has to do with Illuminati and conspiracy theories re: same; it has nothing to do with religion or Jesus. Until, of course, Forlife’s insatiable narcissism took hold, as it uniformly does.

FL,

This thread has NOTHING to do with Jesus, until you decided to bring it up, which we all know leads to volatility and mindless bantering. Could we not just focus on the OP topic about the Illuminati?

Quite honestly, should you provoke some mother fuckers, they might not act like little bitches and speak up for themselves, the way they did above. I know you speak up for gay rights, and that is admirable, but the moment we speak up for Jesus, WE are the close-minded hypocrits. My beef with your post is with you taking a dump on a figure of divinity for some people, I could care less about you being gay. I saw the trap you posted, which some fell for, take your up gripe with them.

Libs, heaven forbid they are held accountable to the same judgment they impose. Wait, they don’t believe in heaven.

Because drawing a comparison to illustrate a point directly related to the purpose of the thread is only valid if the comparison doesn’t ruffle your feathers? Else, the comparison is denigrated as a narcissistic distraction, through a series of posts that actually do detract from the purpose of the thread.

Gotcha.

I believe the same problem exists in our Gov I think religion has distracted those people proaned to be distracted by Jesus

It’s only a valid comparison if you accept the notion Jesus is surrounded by myth and that Christians are wrong.

A comparison in an argument like this should illustrate by relating your point to something the people you are talking to can more easily relate to and accept. You however, related it to something impossible for many people here to relate to and something much much harder to accept. So even in that sense, it was a piss poor comparison for the sake of the discussion, attacks aside.
