very true, i just moved out to the west coast and the pizza here sucks.
I like to order this as one meal, so I’m counting it as one food… Carne Asada burrito (with pico & guac inside plus added hot sauce) and 3-5 rolled tacos w/ cheese and guac (plus added hot sauce). I’m def choosing that over pizza unless its some real pizza like Jeffe mentioned then we might have a challenger.

My answer for the One food would be the ham and mushroom pizza from Filipi’s Pizza Grotto in good ol’ Jamul California.
They make their pizzas sort of upside down, so it’s
Crust
Sauce
Toppings
Cheese
There’s enough cheese on there to nearly make you choke. So, naturally, it’s glorious.

I had this conversation with a friend before, regarding the psychological consequences for everyone if we could eat a sinful food with no consequences. Can you even imagine how much happier a lot of people would be if they could eat this shit??
I for one know if I could eat cookies all fuckin day and not care at all it would put a smile on my face for sure.
