When I started lifting, I started out with BFL workout. OK, don't laugh, but at that time, I was paranoid that I'm going to be HUGE and manly like those female bodybuilders on steroid. I wanted to be lean, not become a she-hulk. It was this guy I knew who set me straight cuz I was so so so paranoid that I'll get a body like Arnold's.
When I got bored with BFL (about 5 weeks later), I did GVT 2000 from T-Mag. I did it for 4 weeks as suggested by TC. It's a good program, very easy to follow, and not as complicated by King's workouts. JMHO. :)
