635lbs deficit & platform pulls

Awesome pulls. Respect!

You are a monster

Why are both of you training deficits if you are fast off the floor and having a hard time locking out? Just curious, strong lifting though.

working towards a 1800 total @ 198BW

Great squat! Love watching your progress.

Looks like low bar and converses are working out well for you! Why’d you decide to switch and do you still use your old style for squat or DL assistance?

Inspirational bro. Hopefully will see you put some huge #'s up at RUM this upcoming year

There can only be one csulli^ This guy is beast mode for sure. The bar looks like its gonna break but the the guy under the bar isn’t. 3XBW like its nothing.

the low bar position is more stable and controllable for me(weight when its 600+).Am working on going with a wider stance and not pushing my knees out, but rather trying to push with my quads more. For squats i now do heavy sleeve squats, the following week will be front squats and high bar pause squats, the week after will be squats with knee wraps and then back to front squats… for my deadlift assistance work i have added RDL’s,heavy hamstrings curls and glute kickbacks.
