I Need the Real Info on Eggs

Lately, I’ve been eating an average of about 2 eggs a day, had my blood tested last week, and my cholesterol was low as fuck. (HDL 61, LDL 40). So take that, science textbook.
Well, as I suggested earlier everyone responds to cholesterol intake differently. Some of this is textbook knowledge.

Your LDL level is definitely great! However, you should try to improve your HDL level even though it is the ‘normal’ range. Omega-3 is great for that, so if you are eating a lot of whole eggs you might as well add in some omega-3 fortified ones! Toss in some fish oil and youre set.

3-4 whole eggs each morning with my oats. I have no problems and I love my eggs and oats everyday for breakfast.

I consider 3-4 a fairly low number myself, I know people that think thats too many eggs but they also prefer fast food and candy for breakfast. Most haters are unhealthy ass clowns that dont know shit about anything

How could somebody go wrong with eggs?
Good post.

I also have eggs and oats for breakfast, I eat 4-8 eggs a day. Broccoli-cheddar omelets are the shit!
