Pakulskiās Mi40 is high volume and high intensity - like that style.
All his stuff is that. He used to have a āReactive Pump Hypertrophyā on here (which was really his āMuscular Demolitionā program. I liked it a lot because it still had a real focus on squat, bench, dead.
His base split is legs, chest/ shoulders, back, arms⦠and then any additional days for weak points. Does that interest you or would you prefer a PPL (which he also does).
I prefer the base bro split. I think his most popular program here is āGamma Bomb,ā and Iād highly recommend it - great balance of intensity and recovery.
