I need a new program!

Lol - laters.

I have trained for 25 years, competed for 15, and I learned to NEVER coach myself.

A lot of folks are similar.

100%.

Exactly why I follow programs. I don’t want to think about it, I just want to execute. Totally valid.

I’ve run about a dozen of John’s programs to completion - if there’s some preferences you have, I’m happy to tell you which might be better fits.

Pakulski’s Mi40 is high volume and high intensity - like that style.

All his stuff is that. He used to have a ā€œReactive Pump Hypertrophyā€ on here (which was really his ā€œMuscular Demolitionā€ program. I liked it a lot because it still had a real focus on squat, bench, dead.

His base split is legs, chest/ shoulders, back, arms… and then any additional days for weak points. Does that interest you or would you prefer a PPL (which he also does).

I prefer the base bro split. I think his most popular program here is ā€œGamma Bomb,ā€ and I’d highly recommend it - great balance of intensity and recovery.
