The video I watched, thatās what he did. He has a mg scale, and a very small scoop. It looked simpler than adding a filler & capping them. I do have the capsules, cos I was splitting up my anastrozole into smaller doses, but theyāre sooooo small, would be a pain to fill them.
I looked at a tablet press, but thatās $2100 lol

UPDATE: this anavar is very strong. Iām only doing 50 mg/day but the muscle pain has gotten pretty bad. @iron_yuppie, any thoughts about this? I know you love anavar too. Do you experience anything like this? Its kinda like DOMS but worse. It kept me up some last night.
Iām going to take a break for a week or so and then taper up.

The var pump gets worse for me the longer Iām on it. By week 4 every time I start getting woken up in the middle of the night. This time it was my piriformis of all places. I kinda of like the painful gym pump though. Itās a hurts so good kind of thing.
