I don’t know if it’s my new eating habits (every few hours and only the good stuff) or what…
But I just weighed myself today (I way every monday and record that as my weekly weight) and I dropped 5lbs from last week. I was 189lbs and now i’m down to 184lbs.
14 lbs more and i’ll be happy, then I can start packing on some lean muscle mass.
