I have been diagnosed with higher blood pressure (from 140/90 to 150/120).
However I have a trouble with my ligaments (my joints are very instable),
thus I excercise regular strength training. Sometimes I have a trouble
with heart rhytm like tachycardia). But I need more muscles and strength!!!
My question:

  1. Is strength training suitable activity for me?
  2. There are some restriction that I must respect with my strength training?
  3. Can I study some information about strength training versus blood pressure?
