HRX and Whinny

Hi there T-Nation experts,

I’ve been using HOT-ROX Extreme for a while with decent results, close to the 4 or 5 pounds a week that was mentioned. My diet has been on point too, following Precision Nutrition to the T.

I’m getting married in September and I’m looking to boost the efforts a little and was thinking about doing a light Winstrol cycle along withe the HOT-ROX Extreme to help out. My goal is to step up the training sessions to 2 a day and use the winnie along with a solid protien supply as part of PN to prevent overtraining.

Any thoughts? suggestions? I tried searching but i couldn’t get a set of keywords to bring up any matches. If you know of this being talked about elsewhere, I’d appreciate it if you pointed me to it.

p.s. since everyone asks for stats on these things, I’m 5’10, 30 yo, was 284 when i started training for this and i’m now 259. my bf now is around 22% plus or minus whatever the error rate on the calipers is. They’re not the cheap ones, they’re the high end skindex calipers. (yeah i had gotten pretty out of shape before I started this endeavor.) I’m hoping to get down to around 225ish with more or less the same amount of muscle.
