Over the years I met a few ā€œpowerliftersā€ that were supposedly taking several grams of vitamins a week. They looked like normal guys youā€™d see at any bowling alley in Middle America. They were not strong, by any standard. They also squatted high and only trained in multiply gear. They fascinated me to no end. Their vitamins were either fake or they were using them to make salad dressing.

It was huge PR for them. He appeared on talk shows, in newspapers,ā€¦ he was a pretty likable guy, who wasnā€™t hurting anyone, so everybody wins.

I had a cop ask me for cycle advice. Iā€™ve never taken steroids and donā€™t know anything about them. Heā€™s source to get them was another cop. They donā€™t care about it.

Oddly enough I heard it from a guy supplying what sounded like most of a department. And I have good reason to believe him.
