How To Look At Produce

Once again nothing in your post is accurate. You should learn some real history and geology. There is no evidence what so ever for a gloabal flood. Indeed, even so called “creationist scientist” can’t answer where the water came from, where it went, and how we would have avoided the thermodynamic repercussions. It is nonsense. If he used his magic, why didn’t he just skip the bullshit and zap the bad people?

Also there was no scrolls of the old testament popping up all over the world until the romans built roads, few people knew who the jews were. Most asians still haven’t heard anything about yaweh, jesus, or any other big players in the judeo christian mythology. Once again you make claims not even supported by christian theology.

Oh and the Jews stole their stories from their babylonian neighbors. But they forgot to change the babylonian number system from base 60 to base 10. That’s why all of the people in the old testament are so old. If you correct for this error you will find that these guys were only 70 and 80 years old.

Cthulhu, I dig your inability to do accurate research on any topic. It’s awesome.

Well, the bible is too complex to be written by man.But I guess all the scrolls set at different parts of the world at different times, each one denoting the next, wasn’t the work of God.Why can’t you see God?Well, thats simple:To see if people have faith.Even the things the bible speaks of,like the great flood for example, there is evidence today that there was a flood upon the world. If you ever read the bible you’d know the things described in the bible are happening today. You shouldn’t have to read the bible to figure that out if you do believe in God.Saying GOD does exsist but the bible isn’t real doesn’t make any sense, wheather you have a different interpretation of the bible or not.I respect your theory of what happened, and I find it interesting. But some of us have faith, wheather some scientists try to debunk it or not.

Off of an evolutionist website, like that is credible information.
Thats your theory.
The bible states that there are 24 hours in one day.The bible in genesis presents a timeline that begins about 4004 bc.If you are correct about the numbering system…then abraham…becomes so out of sync with what we know of his time, that it is completly impossible.
The bible scribs didn’t use the babalonion number system at all, neither did they use our present day system.
Once again, that is just another theory of yours about the babylonian number system and the bible. If you ever read the bible, that wouldn’t make sense.
And yet you tell me about giving “credible information?”
We both disagree.
The point is I believe in something because of my beliefs that I have always had.You believe in something totally different. That is just how it is.Learn how to except and move on.

Ok, I read the first page of this thread when it started. Now I read the last page. I can’t possibly read the whole thread. Someone please give be brief dumb guy’s synopsis of what happened in this thread between pages 2 and 5 ?

Somewhere in the middle some guy started acting like a vegetable.

Uh huh

First you say the bible gives an accurate time for the lenght of the day and gives a timeline that begins 4004 bc. Then two sentences later you say say that the old testament didn’t use the babylonian or our system. Well what system did they use and where did you get the accurate coversions for it?

By the way I didn’t say they used the babylonian system, I said they stole the ages of their key players so that their holy people would be as old as the babylonian key players. They didn’t know about the base 60 thing. Hence the outragously inflated ages in the old testament.

Also the measure of 24 hours for a day is approximate. 4.5 billion years ago it was about 21.9 hours and it is increasing at about 1.7 miliseconds per century. Is that in the bible too?
