But really, I’ve been cutoff at buffets, all you can eat shrimp, all sorts of things most times I go. One time (a loooooong time ago, before bodybuilding,) I remember eating an XL pan Pizza Hut meat lover’s… with a box of Keebler cookies after… and then I snacked on a good amount of Jiffy. I don’t know how many calories that is, but I wasn’t really stuffed so much as I was bloated.
Let’s put it this way… I am NEVER not hungry throughout the day.

There are people who would say the same about guys as big as pro bodybuilders. Many of those guys don’t even work outside of maybe being a “personal trainer”.
We are actually the last group to throw stones at someone for trying to get really big by eating shit loads of food.
None of us will be eating like this heifer, but you can bet Ronnie Coleman didn’t get that big from eating salad.
Hell, I keep Kroger’s meat department in business by myself.
