Wondering if I should be taking 150mg zinc (like the Germans do) instead of 50mg zinc.
It is actually a lot more complicated than that for some guys. Some guys have stupid high free T on a very low dose, and E2 through the roof giving them ED and a host of other problems. Expand your view outside of the cocoon of your little group of cheerleaders. Some guys need it controlled. Some guys need it controlled initially but given a little time and adjustment do not. And free T is really not the be all/end all measurement of anything, itās a delusional thought thought we can look at one number and deduce the worldās problems.
E2 has nothing to do with ED. Nothing. Youāre talking through your hat. The group of cheerleaders, as you refer to them, run research facilities on this very topic and are at the forefront of their field. We have guys in our group with E2 OVER 120 pg/mL who are doing amazing. Your stupid high free T statement means nothing because you havenāt provided a number. 30? 40? 50? 60? What is stupid high? Thousands of men, no AI, and they are all doing better (myself included). Go visit that group and tell them they need to get back on their AI. Itās Friday and Iām sure they would all enjoy a good laugh.
If youāre not using an AI what are you using?
I do TRT. I take testosterone doing daily SubQ administration which has been demonstrated to be the best method SECOND to transscrotal cream BID. My free T levels are over 30. I also take DHEA because I always seem to feel better on it. Pregnenelone doesnāt agree with me so I donāt take it. I take nothing that will interfere with my E2 as I value the benefits it has in my body. The last time my E2 was measured it was 45 pg/mL. I can have sex three times a day without issue and Iām 45 years old. I am fully optimized.
Youāre an asshat. I havenāt said that everyone needs an AI, and frankly no one else on this forum does either. What I said was the blinkered and ignorant point of view that espouses complete avoidance of something to the extent of intentional ignorance regarding levels is no better than the blinkered and ignorant point of view that says everyone needs to be on something just because they do.
I do not subscribe to the cult of Rouzier, and if you gus are unaware of the effects of high E2 in men with ED issues, then no one else should be either⦠Must be some really excellent research.
@hardartery I would love to see your research on the effect of high E2 in men with ED issues. Then Iāll put you in direct contact with Dr. Scott Howell, lead researcher at Tier1, and once he drowns you in the literature, and your head blows up (just like he did to me), youāll be wondering what the hell you were thinking all these years and will be screaming from the balconies to get men off their AI (just like me).
You are using nothing man. If your protocol is correct you dont need e2 control in 90 percent of the cases. And this is not according to me but according to really the best doctors in the wolrd in this area. Of course everybody is different and thats why I leave 10 percent. Otherwise in case of e2 spikes make injections more frequent and try to increase t levels in the blood
Just to mention bro when I had naturally above average testosterone three years ago I had almost 50 e2 I felt great and fucked like a horse 3-4 times per night(if no pussy around compensated with mastrubation)
@vonko1988 but your E2 was āhighā! How was that possible??? Lol! I have more sex now than I ever did in my life and my E2 is DOUBLE what it used to be.
My head would not blow up. I am capable of reading studies, and finding flaws in them Maybe thatās your problem right there groupie.
Come to our group and youāll have access to the research. Then you can post about the flaws
I have access to pubmed and NCBI among others, Iām not interested in the group, and am not on Facebook.
You subscribe to the cult of bro science and obviously not the cult of evidence based medicine. we are well aware of the LACK of ED issues in men ON testosterone when their estrogen goes up. Also aware of the ED issues in men with high E2 NOT on testosterone. Two different animals.
It appears that you do not know what āBro Scienceā means. Ask @hrdlvn about high E2. I read published studies, you know, the kind that are peer reviewed and posted where academics post that stuff. I avoid blanket statements, because they are almost never true. You sound like you spend a lot of time on Reddit. Go back there and complain about Sheeple and such. You think that because the majority respond a certain way, that makes things true for all. One day you will discover that this is not true.
Just to be clear, if I have to go to a Facebook group to gain access to āresearchā, it isnāt real research. Period.
We post research. Lots of it. Thatās a portion of it. Tons of links being added in threads from the researchers in the group with multiple PHDs. You donāt have a CLUE what youāre talking about or who these people are. Ignorance of the highest order. Iām out.
Like I said, if I have to join a Facebook group to read it, itās not real research. Real research is published in accredited journals and repositories like Pubmed. Go slap each other on the back and tell yourselves how brilliant you all are.
