How Much is Your Grocery Bill?

A fun exercise to total this up. I spent $886.47 (US) last month on food and wine, but no supplements. I keep the wine in the $6-7 bottle range, and try to have a glass or two every day.

That all comes out to $206 per week. It’s just me and the occasional dinner or lunch guest eating the stuff. I entertain lite like this about once a week or so. I eat out hardly ever, on the other hand.

I guess I spend on average about another $85 per month on supplements, including Salmon oil, Surge, whey powder, vitamins, etc.

Total down the pie hole each week: $225[/quote]

My expenses are quite similar, but a little higher as I’m buying for two (though she’s a lot smaller and eats a lot less) – except that the wife likes to eat out once a week or so – women are expensive… =-)

About seventy British pounds a week, which converts to about $125 or so, but doesn’t have that kind of purchasing power. Meat is not cheap.

I haven’t actually been keeping track. I’m only feeding one small female and not trying to bulk. Eating clean and controlled is more like it. I rarely eat out and when I do, the guy usually pays. I am probably spending less than US$100 a week. Now I have another vector to track. Great!

Approximately $ 200

$200 to $250 per week on groceries and supplements. And that’s just for me.

$60-80 a week on groceries

That doesn’t include lunches at work, which runs like 5-7 bucks a meal.
