Swear to you man She said nothing!
This was while taking 1 ml of 250 mg/mL Test E? Do you have the results? Almost everybody will be over 1000 ng/dL on that dose if the Test E is appropriately dosed.
He advised me to take it after the cycle ended, before I started the next one. I unfortunately don’t have it with me.
I’m leaning towards ‘more.’ And ordinarily, like @blshaw I would say that the actual number doesn’t matter–what matters is how you look (and more importantly, how you feel about how you look). However, in this case I think the number you cite (13%) matters very much, because it is so inaccurate as to make me think you are someone who is susceptible to deceiving themselves regarding their fitness behavior. (Another thing that makes me think this is the nature of the photo you posted–it is clearly intended to obscure your physique, not present an accurate depiction of it.) And the fact that you are unable to see your physique for what it plainly is casts into doubt the accuracy of your statements regarding how hard you work, how clean you eat, etc.
Please know I’m not accusing you of lying. I believe you believe every word you’ve posted. What I’m suggesting is that, like many people, you are (for whatever reason) unable to objectively and accurately evaluate yourself when it comes to matters related to your physique. I would point out that this is rather common, and all of us probably suffer with it to some degree. (How many of us believe we look better IRL than we do in photos? raises hand That’s a classic example of the sort of self-delusion I’m speaking of.)
As others have pointed out, someone who has been training hard for 7 years, eating well, and has run three heavy cycles should look much, much better than you do, so one of two things is going on: Either you are suffering from an undiagnosed medical condition that severely impacts your metabolism (hypothyroidism would be most likely in this regard), or you are not training hard and eating well, and/or your gear is fake. Based on the info presented, I am leaning strongly toward the second explanation(s).
I hope you don’t feel like I attacked you here, as that sincerely was not my intent. If you are convinced your diet and training are on-point, by all means get screened for a metabolic condition, and validate your gear. When all is said and done, if you find yourself open to the possibility that your diet/training might be the culprit, let folks here know and they’ll be happy to help you out in that regard. Good luck reaching your goals.
You should notice change from one cycle, no offense but you don’t look like you’ve ever run a cycle before. First 1-3 cycles are typically the most drastic/biggest physique changes you will get. You’re doing something wrong. I’d guess both training and diet is poor. You’re ~18%-20% BF, and on a ton of drugs. Cut the DBol, you’d don’t need it. Test and proper training and diet, maybe the Mast if you really want to.
Here’s an example of 18% - 20% from the web
I’d stick to bodybuilding programs if you want aesthetics. Powerlifting program may not get you to where you want to be.
That’s way off that’s closer to 14-16%
It is worth noting here that the 14-17% guy has quite a bit of muscle mass. If another man with far less muscle mass was the same BF% he would look fatter.
Nah, you just don’t train or eat right. No amount of cycles will fix that. Genetics lol.
I’m going to call diet into question here more so than others have done as of yet. I had a hormone deficiency and managed to get rid of a lot of body fat despite that, so I’m not going to accept the genetics excuse. Very few people have such bad genetics that they cannot look good sans gear.
Running gear is your prerogative, you do not have to excuse it, but I’d listen to the people here when they call details into question.
This statement is terrifying,
You should educate yourself enough to know how a cycle ranks.
So, diet, write it all out, in detail. How many meals are you taking in, when are you eating them, and what do they consist of, measurements, macronutrient breakdown, calories.
And, training,
are you pushing yourself? If it’s a program you purchased: don’t post it. If it’s something you found on the web, share details. There are bad programs out there.
Well, at what weight are they lean then? At what scale weight do they carry the same percentage of bodyfat that you do currently? You’d probably look leaner at 180.
And lastly, loose skin is very noticeable. It wrinkles, and has “emptiness”. It might not show clearly on a photo though, but given that description do you think that’s what you have? Visualize the sagging skin of an old person: that’s loose. It’s hangy and droopy.
Woah, def not 13% BF man, thats gotta be over 20. As I have said before on other’s posts, get below 15% before you even consider using gear to reach your goals. Steroids will not make you lean, caloric defecit does that. Also at that high of a BF your side effects will be much worse and you are putting your body through more hell than is necessary.
I dont wanna say this but taking gear and not getting huge is a waste of time. You are supposed to gain muscle not lose fat on gear.
And you probably got fake gear considering the amount you take and for 3 cycles. Did you gain strength or muscle after 3 cycles though ?
