Are there any issues with having shakes that are 500-700 calories? For breakfast I blend a smoothie that has
1/2c oatmeal
1c frozen berries
1 banana
2tbsp ground flaxseed
1 scoop Metabolic Drive
2tbsp peanut butter

That’s very similar to my shake except I stopped putting in oatmeal and I also add 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 skim milk and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
very tasty
I take a shake with 700 plus cals for breakfast as well, and i never felt bad or gained too much fat due to it.

nah, mine is this:
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop Metabolic Drive
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 banana
some blueberries and raspberries.
Hits about 800 cals, great way to start the day!
Are you guys padding those drinks with milk or water? i make a milkshake with 30g casein, 30 whey, 1 banana and a little oats from time to time… and it takes half a litre of milk to be drinkable. I know you can use less, especially with good proteins… but iam curious.
