For the last two weeks (as of this Sunday) I’ve been on a Mag-10 cycle with M. I’m thinking of going on a 4 week cycle of Alpha Male (5/2) followed by 2 weeks off everything except M. Will this be to long of a cycle? Could I repeat this a total of 3 times in a row with out any negative side effects? Previous to this I was on Alpha Male and M for 4 weeks and 1 week off everything except M. Can you stay on M for that long? Any thoughts, warnings, suggestions, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
[I’m 43, Male, 5’7", 200lbs, 18% body fat, I just started training 6 days a week @ 7AM on Poliquins “Lifting Heavy Weights” type of a program. My eating habits includes 2 gms of protein per lbs of body weight. Surge and Power Drive before the workout and after the workout in the morning. I do various cardio workouts (Walking, Running, Rollerblading, Yoga, Muay Thai, Surfing, Volleyball, etc) 2-4 nights a week. My goal is to reduce my body fat to 8% and maintain my strength and LBM.]
