I never understood this peculiarly American obsession with strippers and strip clubs in general.

I chalk it up to us being very basic animals. We like girly parts and stuff.
Make them all shiny and wiggle them around a little and we basically turn into large mouthed bass. Large mouthed bass that have been doing shots of jeager and bumps of cheap blow.
Add some kind of peach/ginger body spray and we break out in fistfights.

I’ve been in a few very low end, where strippers go to die type low.
Don’t touch that. I think we all intuitively know that.
But we all have that one buddy at some point though. The “bangin’ a stripper” guy.
That guy has problems mycin based drugs won’t solve.
I’m surprised it isn’t a sanctioned sport for women. It might be, and I’m just not aware.
Heck, I might have even been the shuttlecock a couple of times.

Friend and I once walked into a little dive in a shrimping town. There was a pool table, the bar, and a little tiny diagonal stage in one corner. Mayve 4’ across. Bar tender and a pregnant woman smoking at the bar. We ordered some beers and started playing pool. A few minutes later some music started, the pregnant woman bumped out her cig and got up on that stage and did the most soul sucking strip you could ever imagine. Still makes me shudder.

I was at a place like that in Wierton. They didn’t even have fancy dainties. They just had mismatched undies that needed washed. 
Just give the rona a few more weeks and you won’t be so picky.

How has Corona Virus effected me?
Both my wife and I were due to start new jobs in April. They both got shelved just before we signed the contracts. And we were both unemployed for a while. I’ve had to drop from a well paid civil engineering job to being an undertaker. Even working full time and taking a mortgage break, this will not cover my bills.
My wife’s drummed up some tutor work (she a teacher) and this should top us up to cover the bills that come out of the bank account. But we will be using our little savings pot every time we buy food. That’s a great though.
With regards to training, I’ve written briefly before that I’m mildly bipolar. And of the many things this does to me, it robs me on any sort of consistency. I train for 9 / 12 months, I get moderately strong, then my head space changes and I drop out for 6 months.
But 2018-2019 I got help. I’m at the point now where I normally have a head space issue and drop out. In fact it went to happen in January. But I kept going to the gym. Now I’m as strong as I’ve ever been. I had a strong man show booked and I feel like the first time I get my shit together - this happens. Luckily I have a home gym. And I’m still training. Still training in a way that is effective as well.
So yeah. My little rant . Screw Covid 19. It is going to make 2020 very difficult for me and my family. BUT it could be worse.

For an update, today I removed 5 sets of acrylic nails, using acetone from the shop and a drymmel.
Tired of listening to the daughters/wife bitch and they had tried unsuccessfully with the watered down acetone from the beauty supply.
I may have a second career if the whole corporate lawyer thing doesn’t work.
Also led a small bank client through the process of the CARE act money give away. What a cluster of a roll out. Pretty funny advising a bank in Texas from the Golan.
