That is the standard, but personally I don’t like running it that long. 10-12 weeks is where I start to see the gains slowing down on Eq. To me, if you are going to pct then it is a good idea to keep your cycles at 12 or less weeks. The longer that you are on the harder it is to restart your natural test production.
Who told you these numbers??? There is soo much wrong run at
Sust 450/550/600/600/600/600/600/600/600/600/600/600/600/550/450/350
EQ 450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450
eq shines at week 14 so best to run a 16 week cycle when its a big part of your triangle. many pple say if its a conerstone it should be ran at 600 and up, I disagree but the 14 week is true.
Sust is so misunderstood, depending of the mix of your ugl Sust is a once a week pin and the deca ester is only 6 days longer than enathate so it builds then stabilizes. It should be increased first 2 weeks cus of the prop ester and tapered the last 3 weeks for the deca ester build up. this allows the best case for most of the deca ester to motabolize by 16 day after pin
Your HCG is too high [I’m biest} but 200iu is plenty and only started at week 3. HCG can over stim your leydigs and cause more harm than good so 100iu 2x week.
Your PCT is too short for a long ester cycle. [I aways run 6 weeks] but it should be clomid 50/50/25/25/12.5 at least
nolva 20/20 at least but you can only stim the HTPA so much so fast
Honestly more amazed that you just started it anyway when the most reasonable advice on here was to not be dumb and learn how to eat and train without any gear. Running a cycle doesn’t solve your inability to understand how to eat and train.
Thank you for the input, but I have both the training and nutrition on point. You don’t go from being 132lbs and 22% bf to165lbs and 9%bf by not knowing what you are doing. This is also not my first cycle. Just my first one in a while and my first with this many compounds. As far as the training, I used to be certified NASM CPT and PES and was also a competitive (elite) endurance athlete (which I have obviously stopped otherwise I would have conflicting goals). So far the results I am getting are where I want to be. Not crazy on the size but definitely a marked increase in strength and endurance. I’m eating 4000-4500 calories a day (very clean) leaving myself with a decent surplus without overburdening my system with too much protein. All my macros are exactly where they should be as well.
165lbs at 5 foot 9 man!! Why run so many compounds or any at all when you’ve not nearly reached a size potential or even close to it!
I’m not gonna preach to you here but if you can’t figure out how to get 220 at least (obviously a little dirty on the bf side) idk what the point of taking anything is.
