How Does One Take Care of Their Skin and Hair?

Hey T-Nation!

How do you guys take care of your skin,hair, acne, etc?

I’ve never really done much except shower with good shower gels/conditioners. Anyone else do something different?

Shower gel is only good for fap lube. Use a bar of soap.
