I like soft boiled a lot better. Hard boiled eggs I usually just throw the yolk away.
I love eating them, but for some reason I suck at shelling so they’re way more of a pain than a convenience.

I don’t eat them often, but salt and pepper usually works great.
I may have to try the pickled/hot pepper ones. It sounds so wrong and so right.

I’ve always ate them plain, but I’m definitely going to have to try the Dijon and hot sauce.
I cut them in half, spray them with fake butter, and put lemon pepper on them.
Boil water, place in boiling water for ten minutes, place in cold water for 5-10(this keeps the shell from sticking), peel and enjoy. I personally make 12 at a time and grab a few when I want them. Btw salt & pepper w/ a lil hot sauce.
I will peel them and microwave for 10 seconds to warm them up a little. I store a weeks worth in the fridge and cold hard boiled eggs get old after a while.

I just placed an order with Lakeside Foods. Can’t wait for my Cajun and Hot eggs. Oh, and I ordered some pickled hocks too.
Shit, might do this. Ive always eaten scrambled eggs.
Are all the biological properties still the same?

While on the Anabolic diet a few months ago I would make deviled eggs.
Put 6 room temperature egg yolks together in a bowl and add:
1 tbsp Mayo
2 tbsp spicy or dijon mustard
handful of minced onion
splash of hot sauce (optional)
1 tbsp of paprika (optional)
stir that shit together and then scoop the mixture back into each of the hard boiled egg whites. I really enjoyed this recipe when it suited my dietary goals.

As per above only crisp fry some bacon strips, place on paper towel to drain excess fat from the bacon, wait a few miutes, crumble up bacon into bits and add to the yolk mixture above…yum…and extra protien!

The shelling part becomes easier the higher quality the eggs are even without cooking them properly. I think it has to do with the fatty acids available in the egg that help the shell come off. Normal store brand eggs can unfortunately be a pain in the ass unless you know the exact amount of time and the best cooling methods for your area as altitude does affect things. The biggest problem for this always ends up being that you want to cook 2 dozen eggs and that doesn’t run cheap, so its either time to shell or extra money (which you still have to partially shell anyways but its quick and easy).
Favorite way of eating, Tapatio Hot Sauce, best hot sauce hands down for eggs. I’ve converted many people to my ways.
