How do I peak for 2 photo shoots a week apart?

I need to be in top form for an official paid photo shoot on one Saturday, and for an “unofficial” photo shoot at a beach event the next Saturday. How best do I accomplish this? Should I deplete my carbs way down on Sunday through Tuesday after the 1st photo shoot, and then carb back up starting Wednesday afternoon?

Erik, good to hear from you. So am I correct in assuming that I can deplete down adequately from Sunday to Tuesday afternoon, and then begin the carb up Tuesday afternoon through Thursday, deplete again on Friday with a diet high in fat that day, and be at peak again on Saturday? I assume to deplete so quickly, I need to get in a full body 2 hour workout on Sunday to kick the process in motion. Thanks for your input. Gee could a person do this week after week and keep peaking every Saturday, or would that be too much of a strain on the body?
