This is what Im takin for the past month ad it is working pretty well. My deadlift is now 505, it was 404 for a while. I think my diet had more to do with any gains in strength but my body actually looks good for a change, and that might have to do with the supps combined with diet. So, The first and foremost is 1 gram of ALA (yes, 1 gram) split up in 3 doses(with each carb rich meal) 3 TRIBEX a day, about 3 servings of GROW! (big Biotest plug, I wish I could show before and after pictures) !gram of tyrosine(very important pre-workout for some reason) ECA before squats or deads. Other than that I eat a lot of red meat and fish and I stay strong!
