Ahh, New Beff. I can’t wait for some of my mom’s Portuguese cooking. [/quote]

I love going over there (my gf’s grandparents) … great food and I get to sit there and not participate in conversations in Portuguese and broken English while sipping on whiskey laughing when everyone else does

Hawhat, there’s no “H” Hawhere

Oh I can speak to this -

Here’s a screen shot of my Fit Day calorie report (what?) for December. Basically everything after thanksgiving is awash in chocolate and Gin.

That’s a lot of food for little Mascherano!

Thanks for reminding us.

The resolution rush at my college rec center last year made the gym damn near unusable after 5 o clock.

I fucking love biscuits, and Christmas is always a time when there’s an abundance.I’m eating as normal really, just adding about 15 or so biscuits a day.I’m still training hard though so I’m not too worried about the consequences.

Besides, when you’re working the whole Christmas period with no days off,it’s easier to avoid slipping into such bad habits!

this is why it’s time for me to change my workout time from post-work (7pm-ish) to pre-work (5 am-ish)

I’m planning to make an apple pie and some gluten free tiramisu tonight or tomorrow…I fucking love to bake, and don’t get to do it often enough.

No shit!..I’m thinking of putting my membership on hold for January and training at home instead.

Best part of tax season. I am only out of work before 1am on Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. Most of them have given up for the week by Wednesday, and the gym is ghost town on Friday night and Sunday afternoon.

I hear ya … I’ve recently made it so my lifting rotation falls on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday … those, in my experience, are the days that see the least amount of traffic at any given time

I’m either going to do that, or try to work out around lunch time. Waiting for some little asshole to finsh his five-minute set of partial rep, rest-pause, momentum filled decline situps is not something I’m going to be able to deal with in a peaceful fashion.

I love apple pie, tiramisu, and bakers who swear at people…ah forget it; I’m goona go pie-less this year.

There is a dirty joke or two in there somewhere…
