I have been reading a lot about other options todayā¦ it seems FSH really hasnāt helped much with fertility atleast according to the studies I have seen. The few it has helped was very selective in their problems. I am still researching hmg which has lh and fsh In it, but from what Iāve read so far it is usually paired with hcg which is whatās been giving me problems. Has anyone used hmg by itself for fertility?
Iām also hearing on hmg the lh is short lived so it may not workā¦ Iām at a loss on what to do
Listen to your doctors, do whatever research you can, and make as much of an educated decision as possible. Unfortunately, there are very few things in life that come with guarantees.

Ok so my Low T center basically just suggested me stop treatment unless I can source someone that has other fertility options. They didnāt recommend clomid do to the amount of people they see having side effects from it. They were not familiar with hmg or fsh. I emailed defy medical for a consultation to see if they could supplement my t treatment with something for fertility
What do they know about? Sounds like they know about making money and thatās about it.

That is pretty alarming. Even if it isnāt common for them, they should at least still know the basics of something like that.

Yeah, not knowing how to treat one of the main and (and for most men the most important) side effect of a drug you are administering is not a good sign.
Yep. I guess they normally just use hcg but when I asked what they do when someone reacts negatively to the hcg they didnāt have an answer.
I am pretty confident you can get FSH from Defy. Not sure about HMG. HMG is what I would go with.
Their customer website only shows FSH, the listing for HMG doesnāt appear to be active, for whatever that is worth
Dr. Saya should know enough to help, try to get a consult with him if you can. May take a week or two though to get in with him.
Thanks I filled out the paper and I am willing to pay the consultation fee to get some good information. If I can source hmg or fsh or whatever needed it will be worth it and I can continue my trt
Ok I have to go get bloodwork which got expensive quick! And I had bloodwork last week but I guess they want to be a little more thorough which is fine. Once They get bloodwork they will setup consult. They seem confident they can continue my treatment and help with fertility so we will see
Iām cancelling service with the low t center. I am going to start working with defy. After not listening to a thing I said about the hcg making me feel bad they called and said after calling a colleague they think I need to double my dose of hcg. I get that hcg can help with the shrinkage Iām having with my nuts but I think it is causing my penis to draw up and loss of libido which is all weird and they want me to take 2mg a week of astranazole so I know they donāt know what their doing. Defy sounds confident they can help me with fertility using either fsh or hmg instead. They sound thorough.
Yeah def no need to be on that. That is a hefty dose for sure.

Yeah I agree. After I told them the hcg is reacting negative with me their inky answer was to increase the dose of itā¦ they just donāt understand. So I guess Iāll have to go a week without treatment but hopefully defy will get me everything I need pretty quick
I think Defy knows what they are doing. As far as quickly shipping things I would not be too optimistic. I would always pay for the express shipping and it still took what seemed like forever.
Yeah I was afraid of that. I guess a week or two with out a T shot wonāt kill me but Iāll feel like crap. I guess the half life being a week technically means Iāll have some in my system still week two
