Hello again, I had the appointment with my endo and I have prescribed t3 for thyroid and testex prolongatum 250 mg in a single injection to reactivate my testosterone levels and we will re-analytical after a month.
I think he’s not familiar with TRT I’m willing to start this trip even if it is through getting HCG and AI through UGL.
I have the SHBG above 75 which would be the best protocol to apply testosterone and read that having SHBG so high is better 1 single weekly application and with a slightly higher start dose perhaps 150mg.
How could you divide the dose of textem prolongatum into two doses of 125mg if there is only one blister of 250. Thanks for everything I’ll be counting.
I’m 40 years old male with 79 of SHBG as well. I’ve tried everything “light” including proviron, boron, zinc without luck and I’m going to start now TR by myself. I went to public and private doctors here in Spain and they just DONT want to help. I am also from Spain. We can try to help each other.
The majority of doctors don’t know anything about hormones, the average doctor doesn’t even know what normal testosterone levels are for a given age, it’s not their chosen field of medicine and franky they don’t care.
Add to the fact that TRT is taboo is western medicine, only now that the world is experiencing a low testosterone crisis, doctors are playing catch because now demand is increasing at a time when doctors aren’t up to date on current research.
TRT is the only thing that’s going to suppress you high SHBG to allow for an increase in FT.
