High FT, Low SHBG 4 Months After Test Cycle

Suppression from AAS is going to happen, it should return to normal after you stop.

If you’re diabetic or have insulin resistance that can lower SHBG, which gets probematic if it’s too low and you’re body isn’t transporting hormones or holding them long enough (metabolize too quickly). To be honest I don’t know what SHBG is too low for you, or for anyone. And I’m not sure how low it would have to go to cause issues for someone who is natty. I worry about it because I inject testosterone and want it to last long enough before I have to inject again.

With your labwork, TT 526ng and FT 23.7ng/dL (not pg/mL) then your SHBG would have to be non-existent. So I’m guessing there’s some error with that reading, and you’d be better off measuring SHBG directly.

If you took those labs right after a SERM course I wouldn’t expect SHBG to be low at all, assuming you got real PCT meds and not sugar pills, or an AI.

Anyway, you an extract some info from your lab work, but I would bet super low SHBG isn’t your problem

How’s that going, by the way? I know you haven’t gotten labs yet, but are you feeling any different?

@swoops39 No I am not. But I don’t feel bad. As stated here I can’t feel my SHBG. But I trust your advice. I have bloods coming in 3 weeks and I have been a good boy so they should make my docs happy. Thanks again for offering help.

@swoops39

Never have diabetes or glucose issues before, just my shbg lower after the cycle

After starting the cycle
The libido issues start too…
(First two weeks also used proviron and oxa just two weeks because i was thinking it messing with libido so I let it out)
And during cycle didnt grow any muscles, its like all the test was useless….
I also tried to rise the test but libido doesnt improves
Also Doesnt use nolva or AI during cycle…

Start with clomid two weeks After the last pin,
100,50,50 the last clomid day take this bloodwork!
Libido lowers more…

2 weeks later:
E2 was 83pg
I started exemestane 12,5 ed 1 week

2 weeks later

And the last bloodwork was 3 months after serms
And 4.5 months after the last test pin
The free test stays high….

It is always nice to make a new friend in this world. I wish you al the best.

If you look at bloods, all have high e2 , and the last blood the TT 576 and
e2 32pg <—- can this be the cause of issues? Because I read low shbg are sensitive to hormone levels and you have to lower e2 to the lower range value?

Because when issues started I always had high e2, and all the time during and after cycle i didnt feel any better, used some exemestane but the lower I hit 29pg and feel the same as 83pg
