High Free T, Still No Gains. Anyone Else?

I was looking for like 3-4 dollar meals. And esp in like Spain where I don’t speak Spanish, the interactive menus/order independently options at McDonald’s and Burger King were of tremendous help

Depends on the country, but it’s possible at the Mom and Pop places. Of course, I mostly hit cafes and eat baked goods that I shouldn’t have so much of. And yet, I think I actually lost weight in Italy stuffing my face with whatever looked good at the local market or cafe. Rumbaba’s are pretty good.

Thanks for the input. Will increase calories and see what that does. If still nothing, then I’ll give the 4 exercises only a try.

I do have shoulder and knee issues, some assume that I have low E2, but mine has been 57-72 on labs over the past 16 months. I think it’s do to work, the gym, and my hobbies and being 46. Keep in mind I’m not looking to be 250 lbs, just would like to get closer to the 190-195 range.

Thanks for the input. Will give it a try.

Little to no cardio currently. I am a contractor, rarely stand in one place for more than a couple minutes…up and down ladders all day, crawling through attic spaces, etc. I am sure it doesn’t help with what I’m trying to accomplish.

So I’m 47, spent most of my life in construction and a lot of years as a contractor. I hear ya. Glucosamine Sulfate can be a beautiful, albeit gradual, thing. So can certain exercises - depending on your specific issues. Cut your volume a little. Post it in a log in “Over 35 Training” and you’ll get some help from some of us old guys.
