High Direct T

Totally get that you are not a doc. As with everything on the internet I am taking it with a grain of salt, if that makes sense. I was gonna try the iron and D for a bit as a test and then re-adjust. The Iron 65 was the only thing they had left at the store, so I might cut it in half. Really had no idea on how to approach the temperature thing, so at least I now have something to work with. Will definitely loop around with results.

local health food/vitamin stores are better sources for vitamins/minerals/supplements for HRT in my experience. Most have knowledgeable staff that you can talk with about HRT or bounce different ideas off of them. be careful though because some can be out there on the fringe - like muscle testing (something where the hold a supplement over your belly button while pushing down on your outstretched arm to see which supplement disrupts your energy field and weakens your arm).
