Nationality: Norwegian
Sex: Male
Age: 17
Weight: 80kg
Fat %: Dont know, but way too high.
Lifting weights: Since February 2007

Some of my best lifts are:
9 chins
10 dips w/15kg extra
270kg bechpress
5
140kg deadlift
5*100kg squat

I have one question about this forum.

Is there a place where I can post my workouts? Like an online training journal/log.

I’ve seen a few people posting their logs in Strength Sports and a few posting in the Bodybuilding or even Beginners section.
