I would agree with this. For me, it seems the HGH preserved the muscle. Maybe on a high calorie keto diet combined with GH, you could gain.
I love the aesthetic look this diet has brought me. Ive never been so cut in my life. Ive dropped all the way down to 181 lbs from a max of 197 lbs. Ive still got some decent strength. I was pushing 295 lbs on bench this morning. Iām looking at using targeted keto for enhanced muscle growth here in the near future.
Interestingly thereās literature demonstrating in a caloric surplus, individuals on the ketogenic diet still (on average) lose a small amount of LBM (around 1 kilogram). Carbohydrate intake (insulin spikes, enhanced nutrient partitioning etc) is pivotal for inducing and maintaining a state of anabolism. It appears even in a caloric surplus, extremely low carbohydrate intake isnāt enough to savour muscle mass. The effects of visceral fat mass are quite remarkable however, especially given the fact the caloric intake is above TDEE
Now⦠In combination with AAS, GH and other PEDās, this philosophy flies out the window, altering natural physiology shifts you into another ballpark with an entirely different set of rules and regulations. One can gain muscle mass on a huge caloric deficit if AAS dose used is high enough. These are enormously powerful drugs of which have the potential to dramatically change results garnered from diet and training alone, people tend to downplay this somewhat. While someone on gear may work very, very strenuously to acquire the results of which they acquire over time, natural bodybuilders following the same routine will likely elict only a fraction of the results and may in fact lose muscle mass, as diet/training philosophies for natural-enhanced lifters differ quite a bit (granted this differing depends on dose/compounds used).
Generally natural lifters require the presence of progressive overload, be it poundage, volume, increased TUT etc. Enhanced lifters (with a high enough dose) can gain by eating a surplus, a deficit, ketogenic diets, high/low carbohydrate intake and focusing on getting a phat pump.
Hell even TRT will somewhat blunt exercise induced spikes in cortisol resulting from prolonged training, thus allowing the trainee to stay within an anabolic state for a longer period of time, furthermore TRT will avoid hormonal crashes when dieting down to very low percentages of body fat, thus allowing one to theoretically maintain a good deal more muscle mass/fullness comparatively to one who diets down naturally.

Great gainz⦠I think we donāt talk hgh enough here⦠I love it & have been using it for years. If you like it try blasting 6 - 4 iu between cycles & just 2 iu on cycles. I use the Chinese stuff too I like it decent price. Iāve used American brands before but imo 191 is 191 the huge price diff isnāt worth it
My first blast was 5iu/day for 3 months and I had some significant changes but lost everything while recovering from surgery. This blast I ran 4 iu for 3 months and now Iām at 3 iu and I may taper down one more time to 2/day while I run my Test/Mast/Anadrol blast.

I run hgh lifetime like trt⦠on or off cycles I always take it⦠I like itās anti aging and recovery. Iāve never ran more than 6iu the cost isnāt worth it for gainz. Although itās likely true gainz from H are more permanent but Iāve never cycled H I think that would require 8iu per day or more. Thatās waaay to much $$$

Generally I take 2 every day no matter what before bed⦠Sometimes I forget but most days I do this. If I forget sometimes I do it in morning or just double the does next day. On cycles I take 4 at night to really bump recovery since Im lifting much harder. After a cycle I stick to 4 for about 6 weeks then I slack off back to 2 ish

Oddly enough, this exercise is one of the few that aggravated my biceps tendonitis in the past. I eventually went on to sublux the tendon and had biceps tenodesis surgery in June to fix it.
Iāve just been learning about HGH recently through this log and other info Iāve found via the search function here, but do you worry about cancer as you age? My understanding is that HGH makes everything grow and if you have cancer cells in your body then it can accelerate the development of those bad boys. It seems like the risk/reward might get skewed the wrong way at some point (kind of like taking AAS when youāre 16). And to be clear, Iām not saying HGH causes cancer; it just might feed it once itās there.
